Pho Hoa Restaurant Floor Manager Responsibilities

We seek an experienced, enthusiastic, and hard-working Floor Manager who understands and embodies our business values and can deliver excellent customer service.
What you’ll be doing:
Leading pre-shift meeting
Oversees and directs hiring, assignment, training, motivation, evaluation of front of house staff
Is responsible for the correct documentation and adhering to company policies regarding disciplinary action
Address and resolve any staff/guest complaints to guests’ satisfaction
Reporting back to the GM
Inspects dining room and storage areas to ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times
Who we are looking for:
Commitment to excellent customer service and hospitality
Self-starter with problem solving and decision making skills
Team-player and leader with great communication skills
Ability to work in fast-paced environments
Two year associate’s degree or a bachelor’s degree from a four year college desirable
Experience supervising a front-of-house restaurant team is strongly preferred
Ability to speak Vietnamese
