Pho Hoa Restaurant Server Responsibilities

Established in 1992, Phở Hòa Restaurant prides itself in the Vietnamese authenticity of not only our cuisine but also in our dining experience. Nestled inside our restaurant, you’ll see the elements of beautiful landscape imagery, tall bamboo, and Vietnamese music that showcase the beauty of the countryside. Phở Hòa believes in the promotion and preservation of  Vietnamese heritage and culture through food and community support. We seek an experienced, enthusiastic, and hard-working server who understands and embodies our business values and can deliver excellent customer service.  

What you’ll be doing:

• Preparing restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order

• Taking and serving orders and answering questions/making food recommendations

• Issuing checks and accepting payments, processing and preparing to-go orders

Who we are looking for:

• Commitment to excellent customer service and hospitality

• Self-starter with problem solving and decision making skills

• Team-player with great communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environments

• High school diploma; food safety training will be considered a plus

• At least 1 year serving experience, understanding of POS

• Ability to speak conversational Vietnamese
